Mr. Anthony Sakellariou is a Consultant Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon with over two decades of experience, specialising in disorders and injuries of the foot and ankle. Mr. Sakellariou has a passion for education and training, having established and jointly led the Surrey Foot and Ankle Fellowship Programme. This 12-month clinical and research training position provides advanced education for orthopaedic trainees specialising in foot and ankle surgery. He also lectures nationally and internationally on various aspects of foot and ankle surgery.

I particularly appreciated his honesty and confidence, which gave me complete trust in the process. He explained exactly why surgery was necessary and made sure I fully understood both the procedure and my role in the recovery process. Throughout both surgeries and follow-up appointments, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. He always made me feel at ease, comfortable, and reassured, no matter what questions or concerns I had. Thankfully, touch wood, everything is progressing exactly as it should. If I ever experienced similar problems in the future, he would be the first and only consultant I would want to return to. I genuinely would not have wanted anyone else looking after me.
