Throughout the whole procedure, from initial consultation, surgery and subsequent follow ups to discharge Mr Pillai has been the consummate professional. He had some initial reservations about doing the procedure due to an existing skin condition. However after we saw another Consultant who provided me and Mr Pillai with the required assurance it was agreed to go ahead with the surgery. Absolutely everything has been explained and all questions answered. All appointments have been on time and have not been rushed. He gave me the confidence to go ahead with the procedure knowing full well what to expect including the ramifications of not doing as instructed postoperation.
