Dr Mohammed Shah

Dr Mohammed Shah is a Consultant Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist with specialist expertise in complex coronary intervention and preventive cardiology. He is dedicated to delivering personalised, evidence-based cardiovascular care, with a focus on reducing the risk of heart disease while providing advanced treatment for patients with complex coronary conditions.

Dr Shah graduated with an MB ChB from the University of Manchester in 2009 and in 2024, completed a PhD in Cardiovascular Medicine at University College London (UCL), where his research explored the immune mechanisms underlying heart attacks. He became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2013 and has undertaken advanced interventional cardiology training at King's College Hospital, the Royal Sussex Hospital in Brighton, and St Bartholomew's Hospital in London.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Shah is actively involved in cardiovascular research, with publications spanning lipid metabolism, coronary intervention, and cellular immunology. He is also the co-founder of StopFord Healthcare, an innovative organisation committed to harnessing technology to empower clinicians and transform the delivery of healthcare.
