Excellent service, phone call on time when expected, superb communication.

I find Dr Khafaga to be excellent at providing clear information, providing all the options that you have in calm and kind manner, he takes his time to ensure that you are given every opportunity to ask questions and is happy to explain things until he feels sure that you have an understanding of all the facts.

My experience of my visit to pain management and Dr Khafaga is as follows - I found Dr Khafaga to be very polite and professional during my appointment with him. He informed me about the exact state of me knee which no one else had done. He also explained my next step if pain becomes a problem for me once again after my pain blocker injection, he was very informative.bi would recommend Dr Khafaga to my family and friends.

It was a very straight forward appointment checked in sent to a seating area , was called in had a chat examination and was explained to clearly what was the next steps , he was very welcoming couldn’t fault the service 😀

I explained that I was having a lot of pain in my left leg. The injections I received earlier in the year hadn't worked. Dr Khafaga thinks it maybe a nerve problem so waiting for a MRI scan.

Today was a telephonic consultation.with Dr Khafaga who was supportive, and informative. He totally understood my pain problems and gave appropriate advice.
