Dr. Daniela Andrich was the surgeon (angel) who saved my life 19 years ago, at the University College London Hospitals (UCLH). I got urtheral structures from age 16 while in high school and it kept getting nasty over the years. Many doctors tried to fix it but it was Dr. Daniela Andrich who finally solved it for good with Buccal Mucosa Urethroplasty. I have thanked Dr. Daniela Andrich everyday for the last 19 years. You have been an Angel in my life. I am forever grateful to you Daniela, and I keep praying for you, and wish you good health and happiness. I can’t recommend Miss Andrich highly enough. She was super human in her manner—polite, calm, and genuinely attentive. I arrived with a previous diagnosis of painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis) and a lot of anxiety. She took time to listen, explained everything clearly, arranged the right investigations, and—most importantly—showed me that my bladder is absolutely fine. The relief was immense. I was referred to Dr Andrich by another urologist while investigating symptoms with my bladder and urinary tract. Upon our first appointment, I was impressed by how approachable she was, her depth of knowledge and her willingness to look at my symptoms using multiple approaches and angles. I subsequently underwent a cystoscopy with her and felt in a safe pair of hands throughout the procedure. While there are further steps to undertake to solve the matter at hand, I know that I will be well looked after by her.

When I first visited Dr Andrich, I thought I had lost control of my life with a constant cycle of cystitis which was being treated with months of antibiotics - which I now realise was making the symptoms worse. At my first consultation, Dr Andrich gave an alternative and sustainable way of treating the condition together with a comprehensive medical explanation for the constant bouts I was experiencing. I was prescribed Uromune as a vaccine. What a lifeline - this vaccine has changed my life and I haven't had an infection since taking it. I am so relieved. I wasn't sure the impact would be so significant but I feel utter relief having broken a terrible cycle. Should I get another infection, I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment. I am so grateful for Dr Andrich's support and help.

Dr Andrich is in every way a superb surgeon clinician and diagnostician. But above all she involves her patient fully with detailed explanations (including to the patient's spouse) of her diagnosis, her surgical plan and her follow up plan. That attention to every detail has been fantastic and goes well beyond what a surgeon needs to do (especially one with such a busy schedule). To me she has been truly excellent in every way possible.
