Medical and nursing care excellent.
Overall administration extremely poor with no obvious coordination between admin and consultant. This made the overall experience unnecessarily stressful.

Mr Lewis explained the procedure beforehand and during the procedure. He answered any queries that I had. Afterwards I received an email from him to remind me how long to wear the dressings and how long to wear the compression stocking afterwards.
