Michelle and all her staff are truly amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They work so hard and to the highest standard. They are so friendly, always have time for a chat Always laughing, being a real buzz around the place Thank you so much, each and all of you.

You see Michelle from about 5:45 every morning she is always smiling happy and singing. Michelle has went out her way on more than one occasion to help me with stuff that’s not in her job title place wouldn’t be the same without her.

Michelle is an absoulte gem of a woman so very helpful and amazing at her job! She has a great team with her to Abbeycare is always immaculate and nothing is to much hassle! Shes hospitality manager but also a great person to talk to about anything, she was a great friend to me and I will miss her dearly!

She has been amazing for me and keeping me going over the past 28days with he laughs and smile 😁

First class and professional in every aspect of housekeeping to a very high degree. She was always friendly and helpful with nothing being a bother. Her cheery personality always made you feel better and had a good listening manner. Overall a very important member of the team.
