Merlin Evans

Ms Merlin Evans is a physiotherapist specialising in rehabilitation, Pilates and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) physiotherapy. She began her professional career as a clinical musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist in UK private practice, where she managed a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, paediatric patients, neurological conditions and chronic pain presentations.

Ms Evans has experience working closely with doctors and orthopaedic surgeons while independently assessing and treating patients with a strong focus on rehabilitation-led care. Her approach incorporates structured clinical reasoning, progressive exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy where appropriate to support patients in returning confidently to work, sport and everyday activities.

She places an emphasis on movement quality, load management and patient education, tailoring rehabilitation programmes to individual goals and focusing on long-term sustainability. Ms Evans has completed Level 2 APPI Clinical Matwork Pilates, supporting her interest in evidence-based, physiotherapy-led Pilates-informed rehabilitation and motor control.
