Dr. May Lwin

Dr May Lwin is an experienced General Practitioner. She graduated in medicine from the University of Cambridge and completed her clinical training at Imperial College London in 2002. She went on to spend a year working in Public Health before completing her General Practitioner training through the highly regarded Riverside Vocational Training Scheme. During this time, she gained experience in a well-established Chelsea GP practice and held hospital posts at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital.

After achieving Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Dr Lwin has worked as an NHS GP in Richmond upon Thames, where she is known for her broad clinical expertise and enjoyment of the diversity that general practice offers. She strongly believes in timely, preventative healthcare, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and fostering strong doctor-patient relationships. Over time, she has developed a particular interest in women’s health and is confident consulting across a wide range of related issues.

Dr Lwin balances her professional life with a busy family routine that includes two children and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys sports fixtures, music and drama productions, visiting markets, cooking and dining out, riverside walks, and mindful movement practices such as yoga, Pilates and barre.
