I highly recommend Matt! Matt was recommended to me following my ACL surgery after feeling let down by a previous private physio. He has been extremely thorough and knowledgeable from day one, which helped me understand the recovery process properly and put my mind at ease. He is motivating and always takes the time to answer any questions.

I had a fantastic initial assessment with Matt at The Performance Lab following an Achilles tendon rupture. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the biological and mechanical stages of my recovery clearly. He instantly identified specific gait compensations and tailored a safe, data-driven loading program to bridge my rehabilitation perfectly. I left the clinic feeling highly confident in the roadmap ahead. Exceptional specialist service—highly recommended.

I had a torn minuscus that caused me issues with my leg locking up. I called him up and he diagnosed my issue over the phone and then I later came to him to check it out. Would recommend to anyone
