Mr Matt Weir

Matt Weir is a dedicated physiotherapist with over 5 years of experience in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. He earned his degree in Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology, where he developed a strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics. Matt has worked with athletes at various levels, from amateurs to professionals, helping them recover from injuries and optimise their performance.

Passionate about patient-centered care, Matt tailors his treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. He incorporates evidence-based practices and innovative techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and sports-specific training.He has a particular interest in tennis, hockey and track/field athletic injuries in addition to other sports injuries, and works with each individual he sees to tailor a plan according to their needs.
