Dr. Martin White

Dr Martin White is a GP with a longstanding interest in community-based surgery. After qualifying in medicine in 1999, he pursued a career in surgery and subsequently completed his MRCS and research before developing a community-based surgery service.

Dr White has experience in procedures including hernia repair, carpal tunnel decompression and vasectomies. He also has a growing interest in dermatological surgery and performs a range of skin procedures under local anaesthesia, from simple excisions to facial flaps and skin grafts.

His clinical experience also encompasses the treatment of hand conditions including Dupuytren’s disease, cubital tunnel syndrome and De Quervain’s tenosynovitis. Dr White continues to work alongside other surgeons in primary care through the Association of Surgeons in Primary Care and undertakes regular peer-reviewed audit.
