The previous dentist had left me in ongoing pain and discomfort after treatment that didn’t go well, and I was told I would likely need a crown or root canal, which really worried me. Mark immediately put me at ease. He took the time to properly assess my tooth and explained that it may still be savable without such invasive treatment. His calm and professional approach made a real difference, and I left the appointment feeling much more reassured. I'm now feeling hopeful again and genuinely looking forward to seeing him in two weeks. Thank you, Mark!
