I have worked with Marie since April 2025. I was recommended to her by Debra Graham, a colleague of Marie's at the Harley Street Clinic in which they both work. I had worked with Debra Graham previously and was seeing her again in March 2025 for management of a flare up of acute pain in my right leg, associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis, resulting in a significantly decreased range of movement. After several sessions over a 3 week period, desirable improvements had not occured. Debra and I discussed my overall health and it was evident to her that I appeared noticeably "run down", evidenced by a visible lack of energy, poor muscle tone, low mood and poor response to treatment. Debra had spoken about Marie's work and suggested that a nutritional analysis could clarify the cause of the depleted energy and wellbeing. I've had Rheumatoid Arthritis for 10+ years. Avoiding conventional drug interventions, I've approached pain management using learning around the gut, nutrition, movement and life management strategies. I had been following a raw whole food plant based diet for 2+ years, with a notable improvement in energy initially, followed by a plateau then little noticeable change . I contacted Marie immediately following the discussion with Debra. Within a week, I had completed a comprehensive oline health questionnaire and had my first consultation with her. Following sepsis over a year ago, I was still under hospital care and struggling with my health. Despite eating a healthy diet, I was getting increasing digestive problems, weight gain, constant fatigue and back and joint pains. Since my first consultation with Marie, she has always been at hand to help and guide me, with the result that all my symptoms are now resolving. She is an expert in her field, and together with her extremely kind and caring approach, I felt very reassured. As a retired GP, I wish I had known about Marie years ago.

We didn’t get to discuss the follow up in terms of why what is being suggested. Ie, paleo diet vs others. There is a lot of information in the follow up practical emails that is a bit overwhelming. Marie is lovely though. We may have just run out of time.
