Ms Maria Trindade

Maria Trindade is an experienced Nutritionist, Nutritional Therapist, and Integrative Health Coach with over a decade of clinical, corporate wellness, and coaching experience.

Maria specialises in transforming complex mind-body science into clear, practical strategies that promote meaningful, measurable change. Her work integrates nutritional therapy, psychoneuroimmunology, behaviour change, and somatic therapy to help clients understand the influence of thoughts, emotions, environment, and biology on their health. She utilises techniques such as HeartMath® emotional regulation and TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release), a gentle somatic method aimed at helping the body release stored stress, alongside evidence-based mindset tools to foster balance and resilience.

Maria’s approach is holistic, considering all aspects of health—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. She focuses on environmental stressors, personal values, daily habits, and relationship dynamics, guiding clients to align their lives with their values and health needs.

Maria trained as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, with additional qualifications in nutrient therapy and functional nutrition. She is a certified Somatic Therapist with training in TRE® Trauma and Tension Release and HeartMath® Certification in stress, anxiety, and emotional self-regulation, as well as training in therapeutic sound healing. Maria is professionally registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and The TRE® for All Association (TFA).
