Maria Kempinska

Dr. Maria Kempinska is a Psychoanalytical Psychotherapist with a PhD from Essex University (2017) and is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She holds additional qualifications in mediation and conflict resolution from Regents University. Dr. Kempinska’s psychotherapy training is Jungian-based, and her PhD research integrated both Jungian and Freudian approaches.

She provides one-on-one psychotherapy for business executives, individuals in the entertainment industry, celebrities, sports personalities, and clients experiencing crisis. Her clinical work addresses a wide range of issues, including anxiety, grief, PTSD, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, separation, and work-related stress. Dr. Kempinska’s approach explores unconscious patterns to support self-discovery, transformation, and healing.

In addition to individual therapy, Dr. Kempinska works with couples, offering both joint and separate sessions. She provides mediation and conflict-resolution services, helping couples manage disputes, improve communication, and prepare for life transitions such as marriage or parenthood.

Prior to her career in psychotherapy, Dr. Kempinska founded Jongleurs Comedy Clubs, which became the largest comedy club chain in the UK. She was awarded an MBE in 2009 for her services to the entertainment and hospitality industry.
