Mickey is lovely! Very personable, honest and relatable. I never felt that I was being pressured into anything, and options and treatments were always explained so I could come to my own conclusion. Mickey's knowledge in his field was vast, which you may come to expect, but it is reassuring at the same time. We chatted away from start to finish every time I had a treatment, so the treatment was always something to look forward to rather than perhaps endure.
