I am a Specialist Dietitian with a strong background in both physical and mental health, supporting individuals to build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and highly personalised—recognising that no two individuals or journeys are the same.

I have extensive experience working across clinical settings including gastrointestinal conditions, weight management, and complex mental health presentations such as eating disorders. I currently specialise in supporting individuals with disordered eating, neurodivergence, and those navigating the impact of hormonal changes, including menopause.

My practice integrates nutrition science with psychological insight, allowing me to support not only what you eat, but also how you think and feel about food. I am particularly passionate about helping clients move away from restrictive patterns and towards sustainable, realistic changes that support long-term health and wellbeing.
