Ms Lisa Brooker

Ms. Lisa Brooker is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries. Originally from New Zealand, Lisa's early career began in dance. She started full-time training at the New Zealand School of Dance at the age of 16, specialising in contemporary dance. However, after sustaining a knee injury that required surgery, followed by two more knee surgeries, Lisa’s professional dance career came to an end.

Following her injury, Lisa pursued a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Physiotherapy at AUT, New Zealand, and later completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture. Additionally, she became qualified in both reformer and mat Pilates. Over the years, Lisa has built a wealth of experience across multiple private practices, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries, and offering rehabilitation support. She also had a brief but valuable stint working in a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and stroke unit.

Lisa is dedicated to using her broad expertise to help patients recover from injuries and improve their physical wellbeing, combining her in-depth knowledge of physiotherapy with her specialised training in acupuncture and Pilates.
