Lila Ramsahai

Lila Ramsahai is an Integrative Psychotherapist and Wellbeing Life Coach working in London. Having trained as both a Psychotherapist and Life Coach, Lila is able to offer a unique integrated experience where she can tailor sessions individually to those using her services based on whether they would benefit from psychotherapy, life coaching or a combination of both. Lila works with individuals, couples and families, and her multicultural and international background allows her to incorporate different traditions and cultural understanding into her work. Her services can be accessed either in person or online.

Lila has 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, and holds multiple professional qualifications including a BSc in Integrative Counselling and MA in Intercultural Relationships from the University of Surrey. She is also an accredited Holistic Life Coach. Her approach is carefully structured, compassionate and draws from many different techniques across psychology and coaching, including Emotionally Focussed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Frameworks. She works with individuals who have faced a variety of challenges in life, including anxiety, stress, bereavement, difficult childhood experiences and more. Within her work in couples therapy, she is specialised in multicultural or interfaith couples therapy. She helps create a supportive and welcoming space where couples can improve their understanding of one another and can develop strategies to work together to cope with life’s challenges. 

Lila offers a confidential and non-judgemental space to explore difficulties faced as an individual, couple or family. Her services help provide clarity and stability to those she works with, and her wealth of experience as both a Psychotherapist and Life Coach means that she offers a unique and integrated approach that is personalised to each individual.
