My experience was excellent, the staff were very helpful and welcoming offering me a drink as soon as I arrived. The eye surgeon explained what was going to happen at every stage of my eye surgery, put me at ease the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Had cataract surgery, from the receptionist on entering the clinic to when I was discharged all members of the team showed professionalism, where friendly respectful approachable. My brother who accompanied me commented on how the receptionist treated everyone with a smile and offer of tea or coffee. I found all clinical team members approachable did all they could to make me feel comfortable and I was in safe hands friendly smiling. Everything was explained clearly and out come discussed. I could not have had a better experience.
