I interacted with three individuals in the clinic including Dr. Bhate. Everyone was extremely pleasant while at the same time extremely professional😀 On the constructive criticism side: Dr. Bhate, when reviewing the situation (either past results or forward procedures) slips into med-speak which a non-professional, like me, doesn’t understand. Plain everyday English would be better. That having been said I am very satisfied with the care I am receiving🌹
A speculative mole check proved very valuable as Dr Bhate identified one that needs excising. She was thorough, methodical and made me feel at ease throughout. I also have dermatitis which was swiftly diagnosed - treatment options were explained clearly and succinctly
