I was recommended Karen and I am so glad we went to her for advice for weaning my daughter who has a dairy allergy. She explained things throughly and provided plenty of opportunities for questions. Karen made many excellent diet substitute suggestions and gave real life examples of how to incorporate into our lifestyles. Following the call, Karen also provided many resources for me to refer back to which has been such a support. I would highly recommend Karen to any parents seeking support with children’s diets with allergies.

Thank you for your lovely words and kind recommendation. I’m so pleased to hear you found the advice and resources so useful!

We visited Karen at UCLH and had such a wonderful experience. Karen was so kind, warm, yet professional and clear. She suggested some fantastic supplementary reading which we have looked at. The nurse that administered her prick test was also brilliant. We were treated with incredible kindness and left feeling informed and very satisfied.

Thank you for your very kind feedback! It's lovely to hear you had such a positive experience with the team
Dr. Laler has been instrumental to help my child growing out their multiple food allergies. Dr Laler provided a lot of useful information as well as guided me on how to approach reintroduction of foods slowly but steadly. I highly recommend Dr Laler

Karen was so lovely to speak with over the phone regarding my daughter’s issues that’s she’s had with eczema and allergies. I thought it would be a 10 minute check in but the call with Karen lasted the hour. I did not feel rushed and my concerns were listened to. Karen gave really great advise around adding things to diet that may help my little one and reminding me of all the things I can incorporate to ensure I am covering all food groups and possible allergens. Thank you Karen - would highly recommend

Karen has been an amazing pediatric dietician for our son, Henry. We didn’t know how to navigate the difficult allergies pathway at the beginning. Karen was extremely helpful and precise with her guidance, always taking the time to explain things clearly. Her advice felt tailored to Henry’s needs and made a real difference for us as parents. Karen has always been very empathetic and we felt very well supported anytime we had questions. Can’t thank Karen enough

I had a really positive appointment with Karen. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel genuinely listened to throughout the session. The information she shared was clear and informative, and I really appreciated the many practical strategies that were tailored to my 10 year old daughter and easy to apply. I left the appointment feeling reassured, supported, and much more confident about next steps.

We had a very good experience with Karen after our baby was thought to have possible dairy, soy, and egg allergies. She took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us through introducing these foods in a careful and practical way. The consultations were thorough and easy to follow, and her advice helped us feel more confident. So far, our baby has tolerated all the foods well, with no signs of allergy. We found doctor’s support very helpful and would recommend her to other parents in a similar situation.

I really appreciate your kind feedback. It's been a pleasure to support you and to hear how far your baby has progressed with the weaning journey and the successful introduction of common allergenic foods
Our child is dairy free with an FPIES allergy and so we came to Dr Laler for advice on calcium intake, diet and transition to plant based milk instead of formula. We found our appointment really helpful and Dr Laler was really informative.

Thank you for your kind feedback. It's been a pleasure to support you with your childs allergy and weaning journey
