Juan Franco

Juan Franco is a Consultant Audiologist at Regain Hearing, where he provides comprehensive hearing care and tailored solutions to patients across the Kent region. With a strong foundation in clinical audiology and a commitment to patient-centred care, Juan combines technical expertise with clear communication to help individuals achieve optimal hearing outcomes.

Juan earned both his Master’s degree in Clinical Audiology and Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas. His professional journey began in the Philippines, where he worked as a Clinical Audiologist at the American Hearing Center. In this role, he oversaw clinic operations, conducted audiological testing, performed hearing aid fittings, and provided follow-up care for patients of all ages. He also trained junior audiometrists and played an active role in community hearing screening and awareness programmes.

Since joining Regain Hearing in 2023, Juan has continued to deliver high-quality audiological assessments, advanced hearing aid fittings, and aftercare support. His experience spans pure tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, aided testing, and real-ear measurements, ensuring accuracy and comfort in every fitting.

Known for his professionalism, empathy, and dedication, Juan strives to make every patient feel understood and supported, guiding them toward better hearing and improved quality of life.
