I had been seeing Josh for a hamstring injury with a rehab plan and was back running again. Then I sprained my ankle so came back to have that assessed and a new rehab plan to run alongside the hamstring plan.
Everyone at Leominster Osteopaths and Therapies is warm and friendly, matched with professionalism and a caring attitude. Having had initial sessions with Mark, I had no apprehension that my treatment by Josh would be any different. Once again, I was treated with courtesy, patience and understanding.
