Full explanation of left shoulder and arm pain given. Discussed potential next steps and options for treatment . Agreed. Then 2 targeted steroid injections given in shoulder. With 10 minutes I felt a bit of discomfort where at one injection site but overall the original pain are nearly gone. This is first time of 4 steroid injections given in treatments that my pain has been reduced. I have a clear plan forward and finally a diagnosis I understand. I’m very grateful!!!!

All the appointments I had with Dr Adam went so well. He examined the issue very well and he always explained the issue with a clear language that any patient can understand. The solutions he suggested and applied were also very helpful. After the steroid injection I had by Dr Adam back in October I didn’t suffer with pain so far. Thank you for everything.

I was impressed at how quickly I was treated. Getting an X-ray of my injured shoulder immediately on my first visit and MRI a week later. Mr Adam explained everything very clearly, and sent a written summary. At my third consultation. He administered an injection which helped me have greater mobility of my arm and reduced the pain. This was followed up by a visit to the physiotherapist who gave exercises to strengthen my upper arm muscles. I was impressed with the friendly, efficient and professional service received from all the staff involved in my treatment, as well as by the clear explanations given.

Mr Adams was very caring and explained my condition in a manner I could understand.
