I have been having treatment at Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions for several weeks for an injured lower back.  Firas has been my specialist throughout my treatment, and I have felt and seen a significant improvement since seeing him. Faris is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field of work and professional and detailed in his treatments.  Since being treated by Faris, I have gained much more mobility, and he has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing. Really great experience with Dr. Bav today at his Marylebone clinic. I was seen for a chronic cervical spine issue and i felt all my concerns were listened to during the appointment, he was great at explaining what was happening during the examination and treatment and i left feeling better straight away and Looking forward to the follow ups to continue with the improvements.
