I honestly cannot thank Dr Alex enough for the care, professionalism and expertise he has shown me throughout my treatment at FaceMed.

From my very first consultation, Dr Alex made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns, understand what I wanted to achieve and explain every stage of the treatment clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I always felt confident that I was in safe and capable hands.

What stood out to me most was Dr Alex’s attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible result. He was incredibly thorough, precise and professional throughout, while still being warm, approachable, funny and reassuring. Even when I felt nervous or uncertain, he took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything.
