We have worked with Jenn on a number of occasions for our two children. Jenn supported us through the initial diagnosis as well as thorough follow-up on multiple occasions where we had specific questions. Her explanations are always very clear, using relatable language and clear analogies to explain complex neurodiverse terms. What struck me is her friendly manner but her willingness to go above and beyond to help families. She has also supported us with complex school conversations and we have been able to benefit from various parenting courses. Jenn is a true professional and highly experienced.
