My son has a complex diagnosis, for which we were seeking an updated SLT assessment to help us better understand his needs and identify the right recommendations and support. Jennifer was exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding throughout the assessment process, taking the time to build a rapport with him and really understand his individual challenges and strengths. Jennifer's report was incredibly thorough, well written, and highly professional. It provided a clear and detailed picture of my son’s speech, language, and communication needs, alongside thoughtful, practical, and evidence-based recommendations. The report will be invaluable in helping to secure the appropriate provision and support to achieve the best possible outcomes for him.
