Jennifer Nash is a highly qualified Physiotherapist who graduated with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy, earning their Master's degree. They are passionate about creating individualised strategies to help patients feel better and regain confidence in their bodies.

Jennifer specialises in musculoskeletal health, utilising a combination of osteopathic manual therapy, sports massage, and lifestyle advice to address both symptoms and the root causes. They have undertaken additional training in Lifestyle Medicine and understands the value of a multidisciplinary approach to health and recovery.

Beyond their clinical work, Jennifer is a brand strategist for healthcare businesses and has lectured at universities on the importance of professional identity for healthcare practitioners. Outside of the treatment room, Jennifer enjoys an active lifestyle, participating in cycling, yoga, aerial sports, and swimming.
