Mr. Jefferson Sanchez is a highly skilled Strength & Conditioning Coach with a passion for sports performance, athlete development, and rehabilitation. With a BSc in Sports Science from U.D.C.A (Colombia) and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from the University of Brighton (UK), he brings extensive expertise in optimising physical performance across a wide range of sports and athlete levels.

Mr. Sanchez has worked with youth athletes, elite professionals, and non-athlete populations, tailoring training programs to enhance strength, endurance, and overall physical resilience. His experience extends beyond performance enhancement, as he plays a crucial role in multidisciplinary teams (MDT), contributing to injury prevention and return-to-play protocols. By ensuring athletes recover effectively and return stronger, he minimises setbacks and maximises long-term success.
