Dr Chana is an excellent rheumatologist. She has a lovely manner and her explanations were clear and unpatronizing. I felt very reassured by her.
Dr Chana was very kind. She explained everything clearly and in detail.
I felt that Dr Chana took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I felt confident in the diagnosis and that the reasons behind it have been explained with appropriate caveats. Throughout I felt Dr Chana was keen to do everything within her power to help. She was very easy to talk to, made me feel completely at ease and I would have no hesitation in recommending her if I was asked by someone else needing a similar specialist.
Dr Chana listened carefully to my history and carried out a careful examination.
Dr Chana was courteous and clear in her explanations, but just a little brusque. It is difficult to listen to descriptions of problems you'd rather you didn't have, so a more gentle approach would have been welcome. I was surprised she asked me questions about where the latest issue had occurred in my spine as I presumed she would have been sent the x-ray from my GP practice (Unity Health, Princes Risborough). She seemed unaware that I was a returning patient and that my MRI and Dexa scan information was available to her at Chiltern Hospital.
Dr Chana provided a well reasoned and balanced assessment of my condition and options for a management plan. She instills confidence with empathy while also being very professional.
Dr Chana undertook a detailed examination and fully explained my condition and how it should be treated and made me fully aware of possible side affects of medication. This put my mind at rest regarding taking medication which I have been concerned about.
Very satisfied with my diagnosis and she put me at ease that nothing serious is wrong with me.
It was a pleasure to meet Dr Chana. We had a good explanation of my conditions most of which we already knew. I am pleased the injections can be given in our surgery on NHS.
Dr Chana is so friendly, approachable and professional. The assessment was both clear and informative, giving options and explanations to ensure a plan that we were both happy with.
