Very kind and encouraging. Always does his best to ensure you understand the treatment options available. Bedside manner is amazing. Always seems like he genuinely cares about my pain and making it improve. I have had previous experiences with other doctors from different specialties which have been terrible and been made to feel like I’m crazy and making it up. From my first appointment and procedure with Dr Jack he was welcoming and treated me fairly and reassured me that he will do the best he can to help me in all aspects of my treatment and the symptoms I experience.
