Mr Jack Simmonds

Jack Simmonds is a Physiotherapist. He completed his first degree in Sports Rehabilitation, focusing on musculoskeletal injuries and disorders. During this time, he developed skills in soft and deep tissue massage, manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation while working in a range of private clinics.

He later completed a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and went on to work within the NHS across several clinical settings, including community services, stroke rehabilitation and cardiothoracic care.

Jack uses a combination of manual therapy, sports massage techniques and individualised exercise programmes to support recovery, restore function and help patients work towards their rehabilitation goals.
