I wouldn’t regard the procedure as a pleasant experience, but it was done swiftly and without a hitch. Dr Jenkins had been very thorough during my first consultation, explaining my current situation and what was on offer, treatment wise, and again on the day of the procedure.

Very, very happy with everything. Initial consultation was extremely informative and helpful, which instilled confidence in Julian (and me) before the procedure was carried out today. Thank you Dr Jenkins, very much.

I was refered Dr Huw Jenkins as i'd had a rapidly deteriorating cataract due to surgery for a detached retina about six months previously Dr Huw Jenkins was excellent. During the initial consultation he expained everything in a clear, concise and friendly way that made it easy to understand. At the pre op he was happy to answer any questions about the cataract op which helped remove any worries I might have had. Everything was great.

I found Mr Jenkins to have a very pleasant manner with both me and colleagues. Prior to the procedure he gave an appropriate level of explanation and follow-up on my previous visit. His professionalism was clear and it instilled confidence and a sense of security. A level of chat eased a certain amount of anxiety. During the procedure he took care to check on my comfort and feelings as he worked. Altogether the balance of his approach has made me feel as relaxed as possible on all appointments for my treatment. The outcome of the first treatment was very positive and I’m confident that I will feel equally happy on this occasion.
