Hemant was excellent. He identified the likely cause of my problem and gave a realistic indication of the likely timeframe to regain the mobility that I had lost. He provided basis achievable exercises to start with that started to build flexibility, stretch confidence. He made himself available for follow up appointments and ad hoc questions through the PhysiApp. He demonstrated significant knowledge. I have seen 4 physios previously in person about a back condition and Hemant was the only one who proposed a forward thinking plan rather than just short term thinking.
