Mrs Heena Sehjal

Heena Sehjal is a highly experienced and personable audiologist, registered under AHCS 59634, with over thirteen years of service in the NHS as a Band 6 Audiologist. Specialising in paediatrics, she also maintains a high level of proficiency in adult ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) clinics. Known for her warm manner and approachable nature, Heena excels in delivering compassionate care to patients of all ages, ensuring they feel at ease throughout their treatment journey.

With a strong foundation in both paediatric and adult audiology, Heena is skilled in diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and hearing aid fitting, particularly with Phonak and Oticon devices. She is skilled in conducting ear impressions, patient counselling, and guiding families through hearing health education. Her expertise includes pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, otoacoustic emission (OAE) testing for young children, and visual reinforcement audiology (VRA) for babies as young as seven months.

Heena’s commitment to providing comprehensive care extends to efficient management of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure holistic patient outcomes. In addition to her NHS work, she consults privately on Tuesdays at The Vesey Private Hospital in Sutton Coldfield.
