Dr Harry Trakoshis

Dr Harry Trakoshis is a general practitioner with a diverse range of medical interests that include sports and exercise medicine, nutrition, sexual health, and psychosexual medicine. He is also an accredited examiner for Oil & Gas UK offshore workers. He began working at Roodlane in July 2001, became a partner in 2004, and was elected to the board of directors in 2007.

Dr Trakoshis gained his medical qualifications from the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 1989 before completing an 18-month postgraduate training programme at Grooteschuur hospital. He went on to spend a year in Canada working with the rural flying doctor service. He moved to London in 1992 and worked in a range of specialties at teaching hospitals before completing specialised training in general practice and obtaining his MRCGP.
