Dr. Guy Sharon

Dr Guy Sharon is an experienced dentist based at Grange Street Dental Practice; he focuses his practice on maxillofacial surgery, particularly implant placement and implant-related surgery such as bone augmentations and sinus lifts.

He has expertise in the following areas:

• Tooth extraction using the latest techniques to preserve bone levels for future implants
• Particulate bone augmentations using high-quality materials and advanced procedures, including platelet rich fibrin (PRF), which uses the patient's own blood to reduce the chance of rejection by the body
• Sinus life bone augmentation to enable implant placement in the upper jaw (closed or open procedure)
• Bone block augmentation using 3D bone block procedure, which does not require harvesting bone from the patient
• Implant placement using Zimmer or Implant Direct, both high-quality implants with a high success rate. They also have a range of sizes to fit every bone dimension

Dr Sharon gained his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) in Jerusalem in 2003 and has spent 3 years interning at two prominent maxillofacial surgery hospitals - Rabin Medical Center and Assaf Haroffe. He has also spent time working in a number of dental practices in the UK and Israel since 2003, giving him extensive experience and expertise in his field.
