I am 6 months on from hip surgery and thought it good to put out there that I am doing t’ai chi now gardening and walking completely free of pain all thanks to Mr Graeme Nicol and the staff of Kings Park Hospital with a thanks also to the Physio department.
My recent surgery experience (hip repair) with Mr Nicol has been superb. At my initial consultation, everything was explained clearly to me and all options provided with a "no pressure" delivery. My surgery has improved my condition considerably and my recovery is going very well. My post operative care has been very well managed with regular physio input that has been invaluable, in terms of monitoring my progress and also providing me with a peace of mind. I have really appreciated and enjoyed speaking with Mr Nicol at each contact point (pre surgery, on the day of surgery and follow up appointments) as he is really good at explaining what is happening, process etc and so I have felt a great confidence at all stages of the surgery journey that I've made the right decisions.
Mr Nicol explained things well .i was kept informed on what to expect and goals that can be reached .
I had my hip replaced at kings park by mr nicol and I can honestly say my experience there was incredible from the moment I got there until I left the following day I was treated with kindness and respect. mr nicol has done 3 previous surgeries of mine all on the right side and I would recommend him to anyone as he is kind, knowledgable, incredibly smart and made all my worries disappear.
Having had a hip replacement in the past by Mr Nicol and his team which was hugely successful, I had no hesitation in contacting him to carry out a full knee replacement. This also went perfectly, thanks to Mr Nicol, Mr Dalton, Steph and the team. I am delighted with the outcome and the aftercare I am receiving. Thanks to you all.
From start of hospital visit until after operation mr Nicol explained everything clearly and precisely His after care was also excellent from explaining X-rays and follow up could not fault anything
Recently had a total hip replacement procedure carried out by Dr Nicol, from initial consultation through to the day of procedure was nothing less than first class.
