Grace Dally

Grace Dally is a dedicated and highly skilled Rehab Physiotherapist currently practising at Six Physio in Fitzrovia, Central London. She brings a wealth of international clinical experience to her practice, having begun her career in a busy musculoskeletal private practice in Adelaide, Australia, where she gained extensive hands-on experience managing sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic condition management.

In addition to her manual therapy skills, Grace has a strong background in active rehabilitation and functional exercise prescription, incorporating her experience instructing Pilates and GLA:D (Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark) classes as part of her comprehensive, movement-based approach to patient care. She is passionate about empowering her patients to regain their strength, mobility, and confidence through tailored interventions that treat the root cause of their issues.

Beyond her clinic-based work, Grace has significant experience supporting athletes in high-performance sports environments, having previously worked in Australian Rules Football as a physiotherapist for Norwood Football Club’s senior women's team and talent pathways before her move to the UK. She is deeply committed to helping individuals of all backgrounds get back to doing what they love and achieving their personal goals.
