Ms Gillian Naisby

Ms. Gillian Naisby is an experienced Dental Hygienist and Therapist with over 28 years of experience working within the dental industry. Practising at Union Street Dental Centre, Gillian provides compassionate, patient-focused care with a strong emphasis on helping individuals achieve healthy, confident smiles in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Gillian began her career in family dental nursing before progressing to train as a Dental Therapist, giving her a broad and well-rounded understanding of patient care across all stages of dentistry. She later completed a BSc in Oral Health Science at the University of the Highlands and Islands in 2016, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and expertise in preventive and restorative dental care.

Skilled in dental hygiene, therapy, and dental nursing, Gillian is particularly passionate about supporting anxious patients. She understands the importance of building trust and helping patients feel at ease throughout their treatment journey. Her calm and caring approach allows patients to feel more confident about their oral health while receiving high-quality general dental care tailored to their needs.
