Dr. Gavin Ralston

Dr. Gavin Ralston is an experienced General Practitioner and the Founder and CEO of Healthy at 100, a prevention-focused healthcare model dedicated to extending health span alongside longevity. Through this approach, he helps individuals identify health risks at an early stage and take proactive steps to improve long-term outcomes, empowering them to maintain optimal health and quality of life as they age.

With a career spanning more than four decades, Dr. Ralston combines traditional clinical expertise with advanced diagnostic testing and performance metrics to deliver highly personalised preventive healthcare. His approach focuses on detecting potential health concerns before they develop into serious conditions, enabling patients to make meaningful interventions while there is still time to change their health trajectory.

Dr. Ralston graduated with an MB ChB from the University of Birmingham in 1984 and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He has broadened his expertise through postgraduate qualifications, including Diplomas in both Family Planning, Anaesthetics, as well as a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

In addition to his clinical work, he serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Birmingham, contributing to medical education and the development of future healthcare professionals.
