Dr. Gavin Ralston

Dr Gavin Ralston is a General Practitioner and Founder of HealthyAt100, a prevention-focused healthcare clinic dedicated to helping people live longer, healthier and more independent lives.

After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 1984, Dr Ralston spent 34 years as a GP partner in Birmingham, caring for generations of local families through a personal list system that placed continuity of care at the heart of his practice. Over more than four decades, he has combined frontline clinical medicine with senior leadership, medical education and national healthcare policy.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Ralston served as Chair of Birmingham CrossCity Clinical Commissioning Group for eight years, one of the largest commissioning organisations in England. He has also been an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Birmingham and served on the Executive Committee of the British Medical Association’s General Practitioners Committee, helping to shape national GP policy and contract negotiations.

Today, through HealthyAt100, Dr Ralston combines the principles of traditional general practice with modern preventive medicine. Using detailed health assessments, advanced diagnostic testing and objective health metrics, he helps patients identify health risks before symptoms develop, enabling practical interventions while there is still the opportunity to improve long-term health and quality of life.

Dr Ralston is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and continues to provide highly personalised care, combining the continuity and holistic perspective of traditional family medicine with the latest advances in preventive healthcare.

After more than 40 years as a GP, Dr Ralston remains committed to a simple belief: the greatest opportunity to improve health is before disease develops.
