Very helpful consultation

Mr Jones was thorough in his examination and meticulous in his attention to detail. He was interested and inspired confidence.

He explained in details and clearly the results of my Knee MRI advised me of the different options and advised and explained the benefits I would gain from having a partial replacement operation.

I was very impressed by the way he was able to quickly understand my situation and problems, arrange the necessary tests, provide me with evidence and explain the pros and cons of options available to me.

Mr Jones gave a thorough examination of my knee & explained the results of the xray. He was very pleasant & took his time & answered my questions.

very kind, competent and professional consultant. explanations were clear and exhaustive. the consultant went an extra mile to ensure i had all my feedback on time, responded to all my questions and i am very happy with the care i am receiving. thanks ! as for the negative side (but not at all related to Dr Jones, nor under his control!) I found the reception very disorganised, and some members also quite rude, dismissive and not helpful, so the procedure for booking the various steps and access my admin info is made quite distressing. But this has nothing to do with the consultant themselves.
