I’m certainly much more informed about my knee problem and the treatments available to me. Gareth has explained everything in clear detail and I can now make an informed decision. I’m so grateful to be free from this worry and now, soon to be free from arthritic knees!

I recently went to see Mr Jones about my (very painful) knee. He organised knee X-rays that day and I need to go back for an MRI and then again for a further consultation. He has a kind and calm manner, which puts you at ease. I don’t know what treatment may be offered until the investigations are complete, which is to be expected.

I found Mr Jones to have been really thorough in understanding my condition prior to our consultation and thrroughout or discussion he had a reassuring 'air' which gave me confidence that he would be able to help

Mr. Gareth Jones gave me clear explanations of how knees work, what was wrong with mine and what he could do to repair it. He also carefully explained the risks of surgery and the realistic outcomes of it. I felt confident that he was the right person to do my surgery.

Mr Jones explains himself clearly and understandably and takes time to deliver his advice and reasoning. He also presents balanced options.

Despite running late, Mr Jones was charming, knowledgeable, patient and prepared to spend to spend time answering questions and explaining in an apparently unhurried manner.
