Dr. Frances Wilson

Dr Frances Wilson is a General Practitioner and GP Partner based in Leeds. She currently practises at Laurel Bank Surgery, where she also holds a role as a GP Trainer, supporting the education and development of doctors in general practice.

Dr Wilson completed her medical degree (MBBS) at the University of York. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (BA Hons) and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). In addition, she has obtained the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH), supporting her work in women’s health and contraceptive care.

Her clinical practice covers the full scope of general practice, including the management of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive healthcare, and continuity of care for patients and families. As a GP Trainer since 2018, Dr Wilson is actively involved in mentoring and supervising GP trainees, contributing to high standards of clinical education within the practice.
