I never felt rushed or judged, and for the first time I felt that someone truly understood how my mental health has affected me throughout my life. The assessment was incredibly thorough, and the clinic letter was detailed, thoughtful and personalised. She even took the time to discuss my case with a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to ensure the recommendations were as helpful as possible before sending the report to my GP. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. I received helpful information after my appointment, and I felt supported rather than simply assessed. The recommendations have already helped guide my GP, and I now feel like I finally have a clear plan going forward. Although seeking help felt daunting, I left feeling validated, understood and hopeful for the future. I am incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Murray. I was experiencing a worsening of my symptoms of anxiety during pregnancy and felt that I needed to speak to an expert on mental health in the perinatal period. Dr Murray was fantastic- professional, reassuring, clearly an expert in her field. I am very grateful that she did her absolute best to help me.
