Dr Hussain was very empathetic kind and reassuring. I felt so much better after my consultation where everything was explained clearly to me. He listened to me and explained how my condition will be managed going forward. Necessary further tests were arranged whilst I was there and prescriptions sent to my nominated pharmacy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly outstanding doctor — I can’t thank him enough I want to say a special thank you to Fahim, who was my doctor during the appointment. He was truly outstanding. I don’t say that lightly. At my age, you get used to doctors talking fast, using big words, and handing you another tablet without really explaining anything. Fahim was the complete opposite. He spoke to me gently, clearly, and with such patience that I honestly felt myself relax for the first time in days. He went through my tablets slowly and explained how they all work together — I’ve never had that done for me before. Usually it’s one pill for this, one pill for that, and off you go. But he made it all make sense. It was like someone finally switched a light on. And the way he treated me… I felt respected. Seen. Not brushed off because of my age, not made to feel silly for not knowing things. He really cared, and you can tell when a doctor genuinely cares. I came away with more understanding, more confidence, and honestly more hope. He made a real difference to me that night, more than he probably realises. If I need help again, I’ll be asking for Fahim without hesitation. A wonderful doctor and a lovely human being.

Dr Hussain was great and provided practical, easy to understand advice about how to treat my condition. He had a good sense of humour and was realistic and honest. Really grateful for his assistance.

I visited Dr Hussain with my 5 month old son who has a chest infection. He thoroughly checked over my son and provided a clear explanation of what was wrong. Dr Hussain was incredibly reassuring and I cannot fault our experience with him

Dr Hussain was extremely thorough in his physical examination and explained his findings and diagnosis clearly. He was understanding and I felt that I was given sufficient time to discuss my worries. Antibiotics and painkillers were quickly authorised and then collected from pharmacy. Excellent service provided.

Really pleasant to deal with, and absolutely excellent at dealing with an uncooperative child. Wasn't fazed by the child refusing to allow him to look in ears, worked with distraction techniques but remained extremely professional.

Explained everything well. Interacted with my daughter as she was a little scared
