Over the years I've been seeing Emma, our sessions have had the perfect balance of kindness and understanding, and firmness and structure. No matter what mood I enter our sessions in, I always leave feeling optimistic about the future. I can't recommend Emma enough.
My experience has been positive so far. Emma is a supportive, empathetic, and very knowledgeable therapist.
I’ve been seeing Emma for a few years now, and notably these last few years have been when my mental health has improved the most. I don’t think I would have been able to get to the place I am now without having done my weekly sessions with Emma. As someone who has been very resistant to therapy for the majority of my life, I really value how much effort and consideration Emma has put into getting to know me and how my disorders effects me, guiding and teaching me how to rationalise, process, and endure my overwhelming emotions. Emma has witnessed me through the good, the bad, and the ugly, and has never judged, and has always remained incredibly professional, sensitive, and reassuring.
I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I receive during my therapy sessions with Emma. Emma creates a safe, non-judgmental space that allows me to open up and explore my thoughts and feelings. Her professionalism, empathy, and active listening makes me feel heard and understood throughout the process. I appreciate Emma's practical approach and the valuable tools and coping strategies she provides me with, which have made such a positive impact as I adjust to my circumstances. I highly recommend Emma's services to anyone seeking meaningful support for challenges they are experiencing and support with navigating an uncertain world.
I have been having sessions with Emma now for over a year and she is a wonderful therapist who listens, offers practical advice and has guided me towards greater self-compassion. She has been excellent at helping me to manage my anxiety and through our conversations I have learned so much about valuing my own ideas and opinions as well as trusting myself. I would highly recommend Emma and am incredibly grateful for her experience and expertise.
I have been working with Emma for around 18 months and with her support I managed to achieve things which I felt were outside of my skill set such as advocating for myself. Emma brings a good balance of energy and empathy and provides a space that feels truly safe.
