Elena Kwok

Elena Kwok is a Physiotherapist based in Marylebone, London. She provides a comprehensive and holistic approach to  physiotherapy, and has specialist expertise in a variety of techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques and dry needling. She holds a particular interest in rehabilitation and physiotherapy for knee injuries, which she has personal experience in. Her approach to physiotherapy is compassionate and highly-personalised through altering the techniques she uses to best suit the individual she is working with. 

Elena earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Health Science in Movement Science from the University of Sydney in 2011, before completing a Master’s of Physiotherapy in 2014. She has gained experience working as a Physiotherapist in both Australia and England, with additional experience supporting athletes in Australia competing in badminton. She now acts as a Clinical Manager, giving her valuable experience in leadership, and demonstrating her commitment to her work.
